As we pass our company’s 3rd birthday, we look back on how much we have grown and how many lives have been changed in such a short time. We take our message of wellness very seriously, and by design, our products are absolutely the best available.
However, we’re most proud of you, our community of Ambassadors and Customers. You are the strongest, most impactful, and supportive group that we’ve ever known. We must admit though, that we’ve had to lean on your loyalty while we’ve wrestled with growing pains this year, and for that, we cannot thank you enough.
Starting at our Baltimore Carubi-Con last month, we announced that big things were coming. Indeed, big things have come and are continuing! We’ve developed an exciting new partnership with LaCore Enterprises that will soon help make things like product backorders, delayed shipments, and waiting for commission checks a part of our past, not our future!
In fact, some exciting upgrades that you may want to know about include:
Next Generation Customer Service – We have brought our customer service to the mobile age! Our website and Back Office systems now feature an evolving knowledge base as well as email and text support options. Customers and Ambassadors can receive seamless service by emailing email@example.com or sending a text to 425-549-9728.
World Class Fulfillment – We will be transitioning fulfillment services to our new strategic partner. This is GREAT NEWS! Not only does our new partner offer world class service, we will also enjoy robust inventory management that will help drastically reduce product backorders. With all this in place, our production turn-around, fulfillment, and shipping will be faster than ever!
Timely Payments – Wakaya already enjoys the industry’s most advanced and rewarding compensation plan. Our new internal commissioning systems will help ensure consistent and timely payments month after month, week after week – and as business continues to grow, we will also continue shortening turnaround times!
Exciting Marketing Tools – We will be releasing an exciting new mobile app complete with revolutionary business building and marketing tools. This, combined with website improvements and simplified messaging, will help every Ambassador scale their business like never before!
The next 2-3 weeks mark an important step as we transition our manufacturing, warehousing, and fulfillment facilities. Inventory consolidation and transfer is already underway – relocating these critical functions to new and more centrally located facilities. We appreciate your patience while we improve these systems – and while we will be fulfilling orders during the transfer, some delays may inevitably occur.
The good news is that once this consolidation and transfer is complete, orders will be processed and shipped more quickly and shipping times will overall be shorter, with little or no chance of backorders!
Once again, thank you for your continued belief and partnership. As we look to the future it is clear that all of these improvements will provide a solid foundation for Wakaya as we experience explosive growth in this next exciting phase!
